This is a cover for a short publication by the Chicago, St. Paul, and Milwaukee Railway to encourage use of its line through Montana. By promoting Montana's economic potential, the railway hoped to convince businesses and entrepreneurs to move into Montana, thereby increasing freight, and to attract new settlers, which would increase passenger traffic.
